Recognition of edu / work visa

Hello, myself aseef, from Pakistan. I have 3 years diploma of associate engineering in civil technology. Which is 3 years vocational education after grade 10th. Total years of education is 13 years. I have 8 years of experience as a construction supervisor.

I am interested to apply for German work permit / visa.

Is my education and occupation is available in Germany? Can I have chance to get positive recognition of my education and experience as per to my education background?

In Pakistan my education is Recognized by government of Pakistan.

Actually I am interested for employment visa. So can you inform me? 1-I have to ready my recognition before getting employment contract or after getting employment contract from employer or company? 2-And how much charges of recognition of education. 3-is it recognition of education or experience also mandatory for recognition?

@Aseef The recognition process can cost up to €600. The recognition procedure checks whether your professional qualification can be recognised. Professional qualifications are, for example Vocational qualification, further vocational education and training. You can find all the information here: https://www.anerkennung-in-deutschland.de/html/en/faq.php I think you have a better chance of getting a job if your qualification is already recognised, but you can try to contact companies and write that you are waiting for recognition. @Barbara Stasiak_Community Manager that means if my education is recognized in Pakistan then for apply visa we don't need recognition of education from Germany? We can get recognition after landing in Germany? Am I right? For this my employer have to mention that in my job contract? Is language is mandatory for Germany employment visa? If German language is not mandatory by company then company have to mention language is exempt for my Jobe role in my job contract? I'll be thankful for your valuable time and response.

@Aseef Yes, if your education is recognised in Pakistan, you can apply for recognition after landing in Germany. All recognition bodies in all States need residence proof in Germany which I do not have nor job offer so I did not apply. Residence in Germany is prerequisite need for all application forms

@Barbara Stasiak_Community Manager I sent them docs, it's been more than a month , hey said they would assign me a personal consultant for my recognition application. No reply since 1.5 month

@engrmadiha15 I am sure they will get back to you. They get a lot of applications, so they cannot give you an appointment immediately. If you want, you can write them an email and ask when it is possible to get an appointmen.

In order to get a job offer, you have to be patient, sometimes it can take months before you get anything.I suggest that you continue to contact companies.
