Hi @DRANUROOP ,
welcome to our forum and thank you for your question. First of all, I have shortened your full name written in your question as we want to protect the private data of our users on the forum.
Now to your question: Whether or not it's possible to get a refund for a German language course for which you've already paid, depends on several factors, for example the reason of cancellation. Each university has its own rules for handling a refund. I would advise you to ask the language center of the university directly.
I don't quite understand what you mean with getting a refund for 'other expenses from job portals'. Could you tell us a bit more about your situation?
Best wishes

Thank you for the reply !
I have listened that so many immigrants get their expenses by germen job portals or job centers . Is it true ?
@DRANUROOP
It depends. The Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) and Jobcenters offer financial and other kinds of support for people including immigrants. However, financial support like unemployment benefit (Arbeitslosengeld I) and state benefit (Bürgergeld) are granted only when all the requirements are met. If you're curious, you can have a look at their website in English: https://www.arbeitsagentur.de/en
