Reidence Permit after divorce with German citizen

I came to Germany as a reunioun visa from Syria, and i have a residence permit for 3 years, i am here for less than a year. we together aim to divorce , but we don't know what will my situation be; I mean it's clear i will lose my residence permit, because it is less than a year.

But in this case, i may have different options:

  1. can i apply to asylum? will they accept it?
  2. I am an engineer, and i evaluated my certificate in ZAB, but my language still not very good, in case i found a job contract then divorce, is it ok? can i change my residence permit?
  3. If i have a university admission, or an "Ausbildung" can i change my residence permit to a student permit?

I really need your help, please give me any helpful information , anything that i can do so i don't loose my residence permit. Syria situation is getting better so i am afraid of the asylum step, and it may be rejected for a very logical reason.
Please HELP ME!

Hello i'd prefer to find you a consulting office to get the opinion of a lawyer, who would be able to advise you so that you don't lose your residence permit. maybe you wouldn't have to apply for asyle. In which city are you in Germany? Just give us your P.O. Box. Regards Sophie
