Hello @salaly_4
thank you for the question. Great, that you like our forum!

It sounds like your husband is planning to apply for permanent residence (PR) very soon. Everything sounds in line with the requirements for Permanent Residence with Blue Card.

As the spouse of a person having a Permanent Residence, it is possible to apply for Permanent Residence with simplified requirements. As your spouse is a skilled worker, you can apply after 3 years.
To benefit from it this, it is necessary that your livelihood is secured and your living space it sufficiant. You will also need to meet some requirements such as
- German B1 certificate
- Working 20 hours per week
- completed orientation course

You can check here: https://handbookgermany.de/en/permanent-residence-migrants#faq_552

If you are working as a skilled worker or have a Blue Card yourself, you can apply independent from your spouse. More information can be found f.e. here: https://handbookgermany.de/en/permanent-residence-migrants#faq_546

Best regards
Daniela
