MY SON IS STUDYING IN BSBI UNIVERSITY IN BERLIN GERMANY.BEING A PARENTS WE WANT TO LIVE IN GERMANY WITH MY SON. CAN I APPLY FOR RESIDENCE PERMIT AS AN PARENTS ?
