The choice between the IHK-certified training as a Sicherheitsmitarbeiter according to § 34a GewO and the activity as a Lagerhelfer has different implications, both for your professional future and possibly for your asylum case.
About the Bildungsgutschein: Yes, in principle, it is possible to receive a Bildungsgutschein for the training.
