A special visa request for Germany from Afghanistan!

As the German embassy in Afghanistan is currently closed, you are allowed to apply for a visa in either Tehran or Islamabad. However, if I understand correctly, were you already in Germany and your permit has expired? What kind of permit did you hold? Do you want to re-apply?
