Two minijobs / 12 hours a day

Hey there, I would like to ask if it is possible to work in 2 different minijobs on the same day. If so can I work 12 hours a day? If in total it is 12 hours, do I have to pay for a fine for that or the employer?

Hi @ayset, Usually it is not permitted to work 12 hours a day. The employer will have to pay the fine as he is responsible for making sure that work regulations are adhered to. However, I would recommend also contacting an advice center to be on the safe side. Hi @ayset , I have some additional information. You are obliged to let your employers know that you are working two mini jobs. That way the employer is responsible for paying a fine, if it comes to this. Best wishes Yara
