I am working as dental assistant (ZFA) in Berlin. I am Dentist from India.I have job seeker visa right now. But it will be finished in August. Which kind of Visa will i get? I do have unlimited job contract as ZFA and I pass FSP exam but did not get Berufserlaubnis because of lacking few documents which i should submit.

I got an email from Ausländerbehörde that my job title(Zahnmeizinische Hilkraft) is not a qualified skilled workers. What should I do? And i am pregnant too. I cannot change my job.

I assume this is because your title is "Hilfskraft". You could ask your employer to write you a job description. There should be mentioned that one requirement to do your job is to have at least a vocation training of 2 years. Additionally, it would be helpful to change your job title to something like "Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte". Would your employer do that?

Regarding your change of residence permit. Since a job as dental assistent is not regulated, you will very likely receive a residence permit as a skilled worker, as I assume your university is comparable to a German degree.
