Which type of visa will my husband get?

Thank you so much for my previous message. I have one question regarding my husband's visa too.
My husband is also from India. He has job seeker visa which is also about to complete. He was homeopathic doctor back in India and he did Master in health management here in Berlin. But he works as nursing assistant without any certification. He has unlimited job contract. My question is that can he get skilled workers visa? Without certified course? We both have individual Visa but we registered ourselves married in Germany.

His situation sounds similar to yours. Since he is holding a German degree and works in a qualified job - the requirement to work as a nursing assistance, one needs to have at least a vocational training - he is very likely to receive a residence permit as a skilled worker as well.
Surely, to be more indepedant to the employer, he could also apply for a family reunification. Nevertheless, this means that there will be disadvantages to receive an early permanent residency. With a German degree he could already apply after 2 years as a skilled worker. You can read more about the requirements to apply for a permanent residency on Handbook Germany.
