Wife Residence permit

Hello everyone 

I wanted to ask a question,

My wife and I came with working visa i came from North Macedonia my wife from Serbia with Western Balkan Regulation visa they are working visa.

But my wife when she came here the employeer fired her directly she didn't start the job.

And now she is pregnant no one is giving her a job.

In the Stad we are married and all but can she change here the visa to Family Reunification can you please help us.
