Dear @kamrankazmi  , Congratulations on your Opportunity Card! While you are looking for a qualified job, you can work part-time for 20 hours a week in any job: https://handbookgermany.de/en/opportunity-card#faq_3278 / https://www.make-it-in-germany.com/en/visa-residence/types/job-search-o… If you have any further questions, please let us know. Is there any minimum salary requirements to secure job?

I'm a IT professional and going to secure a 25k-30k per annum fulltime contract. Is this contract is good enough for me to continue job and convert my visa?

One more thing, a page pasted next to our visa which has written 20hrs part-time work allows. This page create difficulty in most of the times when recruiter saw this page he asked you are only allowed for 20 hrs you can't do full time job. We need a reference or proof that we can do a full-time job.

Hallo @kamrankazmi  , Thank you for coming back. There is no minimum salary you have to earn with your secure 20 hour a week job. If you want to work full time, you need to find a job related to your profession. If recruiters see the problems with the 20 hours a week notices, you can show them this official government site: https://www.make-it-in-germany.com/en/visa-residence/types/job-search-o… - there everything is explained. If you have any further questions, please let us know. Best Barbara
