Work visa as a pensioner from non-EU country
I would like to apply for a work visa from Germany for the first time as I am over 45. In addition to being a pensioner under the Turkish Social Security System, I have over 25 years of experience as a mid-to-high level executive in the accounting and business management areas.
According to what I read on the https://www.make-it-in-Germany.com/en/visa-residence/types/work-qualifi… webpage (please refer to the relevant section mentioned below), I would like to better understand the requirements for having a sufficient pension plan as stated in the document.
Does this condition apply to my Turkish Social Security pensioner status, and I can apply for a work visa without presenting a job contract with gross earnings of EUR 49,830?
If yes, what documentation do I need to submit with my application?
If not, could you kindly provide further clarification regarding the statement that "you must be able to prove that you have adequate pension provision"?
I appreciate your help in advance.

"Are you over the age of 45 and coming to work in Germany for the first time? In this case, the job you intend to take in Germany must enable you to earn a gross annual salary of at least €49,830 (as of 2024) or you must be able to prove that you have adequate pension provision."
Dear @onur35 , thank you for getting in touch. Before I give you some information, could you please tell us what you mean by "does this condition apply to my Turkish Social Security pensioner status"? Do you mean, does your pension count towards the 49,830? Best Barbara
