Hello @nabiullahsaydi thank you for your message. To be able to apply for a working visa, you need to provide an vocational or academic degree, which is equal to a German degree. Here you can find more information about the acknowledgement of foreign degrees. Only with an acknowledged degree, you are considered as a skilled worker and have two options to receive a work permit. 1. You apply from abroad for a job and receive a job offer/contract. Then you can apply for a visa at the German embassy/consulate for a visa for skilled worker. 2. There is the possibility to apply for a job seeker visa. Therefore you also need to provide an acknowledged degree but have 6 months to look for a job in Germany. Nevertheless, the financial hurdles are very high. You can read more about the requirements on Handbook Germany: https://handbookgermany.de/en/visa-jobseekers I hope this gives you an overview. Please let me know if you have more specific questions.
