Asylum issue

Hallo, good evening please I have alot of questions to ask about my asylum case here in germany 🇩🇪 I have lived in germany for over six years now. And our asylum was rejected i gave birth to two girls here.my lawyer told my husband to quickly start Ausbildung and my husband started the three years Ausbildung but unfortunately he could'nt finsih it but he was able to do one year. and for me I have been doing my deutschkurs now am done with my b2 exams my question now is that I have done my passport and am so scared to give it to them I will like to continue the Ausbildung but am scared because for over 1year now I don't have my Ausweis with me it is with the Ausländerbehörde and my husband too does not also have his own with him he was working before but they stop him because of his Ausweis 

Please what do we have to do I need an advice 😔
