If you decide to move to Germany (you have the right to travel to another EU country temporarily -90 days within 180 days) then it could be that your temporary protection in Portugal expires. This means that you will have to apply for temporary protection in Germany (until end of August 2022) However, the requirements in Portugal might be different than in Germany, in the worst-case scenario you will not receive temporary protection again. Such as having a block account of 10,000 euros and having a place at a German university.
