Hello @Djam_bsm , thank you for your question. If you decide to move to Germany (you have the right to travel to another EU country temporarily -90 days within 180 days) then it could be that your temporary protection in Portugal expires. This means that you will have to apply for temporary protection in Germany (until end of August 2022) However, the requirements in Portugal might be different than in Germany, in the worst-case scenario you will not receive temporary protection again. That’s why it’s important for you to check if you can receive temporary protection in Germany- more information here: https://handbookgermany.de/de/ukraine-info/en/aufenthalt.htmlheck Many international students do not fulfill all the criteria and then must apply for student residency which is connected to high hurdles. Such as having a block account of 10,000 euros and having a place at a German university. If you want to learn more about student residency in Germany you can find more information here: https://handbookgermany.de/en/rights-laws/immigration/student-visa.html I would suggest if you want to transfer to Germany you should contact a local migration advice center in Portugal. If you need help in finding one please let me know. Unfortunately, I can only tell you about the German process. I hope that you can soon start your Masters Program in Germany, if you have further questions please do not hesitate to contact us. Best wishes Yara
