May Daughter was received a positive decision from bamf she got refugee protection
May question is can I apply family asylum because me I got negative before two years because of Dublin procedure than I take appeal to the court .

If your daughter is older than 18 years, family asylum is not possible. If your daughter is younger than 18 years, you might be able to consider family asylum. The protection of a member of the core family might be "transferred" to newly arrived family members. The parents of an minor can in some cases receive the same status as their child under family asylum. (https://handbookgermany.de/ar/family-reunification-for-immigrants#faq_771). This would mean that you would have to withdraw your asylum procedure. We strongly recommend that you contact a migration advice center or a lawyer.

My daughter was born in germnay 8.03.2024 right now she is 10 months old, she received positive decision refugee protection. And also may wife have Abschiebung verbote 25abs.3 . Me stil I didn’t get any decision after Dublin procedure. What advice you can give or how can you help me . Thanks
