Since you said that you want to work in Germany, are you looking for a job or an apprenticeship?
Or did you already completed some sort of training as a ship hull fitter in your home country?

There are a lot of possibilities to look for a job, e.g. various websites, where you are able to filter in location and position. Or in case you already know a company you would like to work for, you can have a look at their website directly. Mostly there is a section with open job position. You can find more information about job hunting and the application process on Handbook Germany. There are also the job websites listed.
