Dear @Jadenet welcome to our forum and thank you for reaching out.
With a titolo di viaggio - a refugee travel document - you are allowed to stay in Germany for up to 90 days within a 180-day period. Like in other EU countries, this allows you to stay for tourist purposes. However, it is not possible to work in Germany with a protection status issued by another EU country.
Refugee protection is only valid in the country that granted it, in your case Italy. This means you do not automatically have the same rights in other EU countries. If you want to work in Germany, you must first apply for the appropriate residence permit. If you meet all the requirements as a skilled worker - which you can check on Handbook Germany - you can then apply for a visa for this purpose at the German Embassy in Italy.
If something remains unclear, please let me know. Wish you all the best!
