Unfortunately, it depends what type of documents you have in Greece. Usually you cannot come to Germany and work there with documents from Greece. There are exceptions, for example if you have an EU blue card. You would have to apply for a visa to Germany in order to get a residency there and be able to work.
what type of documents do you have in Greece?
