SCHUFA for foreign students

I'm a foreign student (citizen in Italy) who has never paid for anything in Germany. Should I pay to get the SCHUFA paper? Would it be useless? Are there alternative ways to prove my trustworthiness as a payer even though I have never lived in Germany?

Regarding address in Germany

Hello and thank you for your support! My question is the following, I am currently living in Germany but at the end of the month my house contract (I am subletting an apartment) ends but it is impossible for me to find a new apartment. What happens if for example I live for a while in an hotel or leave the country? I am an EU citizen, I have working contracts in Germany, I am a student and I live here with my family, therefore I receive kindergeld and pay voluntary insurance. What would the complications be in my case if for some days or a month I do not have a house contract? Thank you in advance!

Benefits entitlement

Hello,

I’m from the US and my partner is German, we are not married. We have 2 young children.

The relationship between my partner and I has broken down but he refuses to move out. I have been a stay at home mom since we moved here and financially dependent on my partner. He is very much aware of this and tells me that state benefits would not even cover my rent. I’ve researched this and it appears to be correct. My partner is currently unemployed but has a great deal of assets (cash and property), is he legally obligated to provide myself and the kids with financial support due to his assets, even though he has no income?

We had agreed to move to the US but at the last minute he said he had changed his mind. I’m now in a position where I am incredibly financially disadvantaged, I was looking to re-enter the workforce in the US, where I would have the greatest number of opportunities and be able to earn enough to support my children. I do not speak German and my earning potential is much less here. I feel like I am being held hostage.

Shelter Availability

I am a single mom in the US and completing my pw for my German Passport. I plan on returning to Germany in the summer. Although, I have my mother in Germany, I cannot live with her and would need housing assistance. I would like to know if there are shelters. How do I go about getting information on that and/or what would the process look like? I am with a child.
